Peter Roper fpsa- Peter has presented to well over 400,000 people and on behalf of a wealth of businesses across several countries. He has inspired individuals and organisations to enhance their skills and personalities to create effective presenting styles that they are confident and comfortable with.

He is also the Amazon best selling co-author of a book entitled '...And Death Came Third!”

Peter is President of the Professional Speakers Association in 2010 and Honorary Chairman of Positive Ground.

Peter is responsible for speaker surgeries and is the interviewer in all of our syndicated radio shows. He makes people comfortable with their surroundings, and can help anyone speak more confidently, whether it be on stage, in a business meeting or in a recorded interview.

Sara Beth Roper – Sara Beth has been the backbone to our business for the last two years, she is a highly experienced event manger and is passionate about looking at the whole process hence the term Meeting and Event Architect!

Right down to the finer details, Sara Beth will have thought about it, processed it, and organised everyone and everything in any event or meeting!

Anny Roper - Anny has 14 years experience in running her own business, and brings all the necessary office and accounting skills to Positive Ground to enable our business to run on a stable platform.
