On the 2nd february 2010 Peter enjoyed a morning delivering a keynote presentation to the IOM at the 'driving Down Operational Costs Seminar' on the subject of 'Relational and Transactional Business'. The session identified the key differences in operating relationship based businesses and transactional based businesses, rounding off with the audience sharing a lively and practicle debate on how this will affect their businesses in the coming year.
