Peter Speaks at the Tree Of Life Festival PDF Print E-mail
Recently Peter spoke at the Tree of Life Festival in Birmingham, an inspirational event about the mind, body and soul. Peter shared his passion - 'Release the Spirit within You!' which helped the audience understand the key difference between merely speaking and that of communicating at a deeper level such that the audience is both connected to the speaker and their message.

At the end of February we held a very successful meeting titled 'Contributors Connect'.

There were several excellent presentation's including "crystall ball gazing" by the Business with Attitude Podcast show sponsor David Nicoll, Julie Doherty on how social media has turned her business round, and our own Peter Roper - on how communication strategies have changed in the last decade.  Lots of tea, coffee and pastries were consumed by the audience all have whom have contributed to our podcast in recent months.

Plus many business connections made - a great morning!

Peter speaks at the Institute of Operational Management (IOM) Royal Leamington Spa PDF Print E-mail

Peter Speaks at UCLOn the 2nd february 2010 Peter enjoyed a morning delivering a keynote presentation to the IOM at the 'driving Down Operational Costs Seminar' on the subject of 'Relational and Transactional Business'. The session identified the key differences in operating relationship based businesses and transactional based businesses, rounding off with the audience sharing a lively and practicle debate on how this will affect their businesses in the coming year.

Catherine Milner the event organiser from the IOM said:

Peter Speaks to AIESEC Students at University College London PDF Print E-mail
On the 23rd February 2010 Peter went to UCL to speak with AIESEC students on Business Networking. The graduates generally aged between 18 and 24 enjoyed a great practicle hands on session on why personal networking skills are essential to compliment their exisiting great social media networking skills.

 Nina Yordanova said: 'On behalf of the Organising Committee of the UCL Business Development Conference, I would like to thank you for taking part. We are now well on our way to becoming power networkers!'
