Established in 2007 we are a family run business with over 80 combined years’ experience in business.
Peter Roper Fpsa – Honorary CEO
A Fellow and Past-President of the Professional Speaking Association (2010), Peter has presented to well over 400,000 people and on behalf of a wealth of businesses across several countries. He has inspired individuals and organisations to enhance their skills and personalities to create effective presenting styles that they are confident and comfortable with.
He is also the Amazon best selling co-author of the book '...And Death Came Third!’ and author of his new book ‘Running On Empty’.
Peter is responsible for speaker surgeries and is the interviewer on all our podcast and audio book products/services. He makes people comfortable with their surroundings, and can help anyone speak more confidently, whether it is on stage, in a business meeting or in a recorded interview.
Sara Beth Roper – Business Manager
Sara Beth has over 7 years event management and new media project management experience, organising successful events such as ‘The Professional Speaking Conference 2009 and 2010’ and ‘Property Magic Live 2009’. As well as multiple online marketing and new media projects, looking after clients such as; Aston Business School, Greenvale AP, Henley Management College, Property Investors Network, Academy for Chief Executives, several international professional speakers and many more.
With this background Sara Beth is used to juggling multiple projects, and alongside running client accounts looks after the management of the business.
Anny Roper– Finance & Administration Manager
Anny has over 14 years experience in running her own business and brings all the necessary office and accounting skills to Positive Ground to enable our business to run on a stable platform.
Hazel Pearson – Marketing Manager
Hazel is the newest Positive Ground recruit, and has 9 years experience working within Administration and Human Resources. Based outside of our Cleobury Mortimer office, Hazel uses her knowledge to provide office support for Peter, Sara Beth and Anny.

Joint social media strategy between PG Media and V8 Media a great success!
We are proud to announce that the social media event we ran with V8 Media on the 2nd November was a great success. In the seminar we shared some information on forming your social media strategy and spoke about integrating podcasts and audio into your social media.
