Workshops and Seminars

PG Business Development work with individuals and teams to help them to improve their personal skills, define strategy, build relationships and provide them with tools and techniques to help them to increase both their personal and business productivity.

Our specialist areas are as follows:

  • Presentation and professional speaking training
  • Business presentation strategy
  • Personality profiling for business
  • Networking skills
  • Management and Leadership
  • Social media skills

We have designed four programmes on four essential elements of business. Each can be a 2 hour, 4 hour or one day programme to suit your needs.

“How to become a Natural Presenter”

Most people have a day’s training (if they are lucky) to become an instant hit when presenting themselves or their business. The statistics are staggering - 81% of business presentations fail... so let us stop you from becoming a statistic!

On the Natural Presenter programme, Peter Roper will help you learn to present with ease, teaching you how to communicate with your audience and the art of controlling nerves. Full of lots of simple, practical tips and taught by the ‘Natural Presenter’ himself, this programme will make a huge difference to anyone that wants to be seen as a fantastic speaker..

“How to Network Effectively”

Walking into a room full of strangers and speaking are the top two fears, yet we have to do this in business nearly every day of the week. It can, however, be a painless and even an enjoyable experience - if you understand some simple rules and apply them.

In this session we share tried, tested and proven techniques to networking heaven – meeting the right people, at the right time and in a very relaxed way!

“Why Social Media is a MUST for your Business”

Social Media has taken the globe by storm. The challenge is, for many it can be a very confusing and time consuming world, so why should we take it seriously?

In this programme we’ll explain why social media cannot be ignored and the strategies and tactics necessary to apply to your personal and business career, ensuring you don’t get left behind!

“Understanding People and Developing Business Relationships”

Understanding how people’s thought processes work is an important key to business, whether it be for working effectively with colleagues, or speaking with clients. But we bet, at some point in time, you have stopped and thought about someone.... what planet are you on?!

The skill of communicating is the art of understanding different personalities; if we can learn to recognise how individuals like to communicate, we can make sure we are responding to them in the same way.

Learn from a well proven model which will teach you in a simple, fun but imformative way how to easily recognise different personality types and how to communicate with them.

This programme guarantees to improve relationships, no matter of your age, gender or business acumen!
